Then, thanksgiving is a strong human emotion. We can truly derive the pleasure we seek from anywhere else by conveying and receiving simple ‘thank you’ messages. Then, gratitude, derived from the word ‘grace,’ means gratitude or gratitude. gratitude means gratitude.
Gratitude refers in its simplest way to a “state of gratitude” or “state of thankfulness.”

Thankfulness brings happiness
Gratitude enhances relationships between people at home and at work (Gordon 2012). There is a multi-dimensional connection between gratitude and happiness. Thanksgiving not only to others, but also to us leads to positive emotions, above all to happiness. By making us feel happy and happy, gratitude affects our overall health and well-being.

The research of gratitude in neuroscience
But it has been a rare topic of concern until the last two decades as an area of neuropsychological research (Emmons & McCullough, 2004).
Gratitude and the brain
Neural mechanisms that give rise to thankfulness have taken care (Wood et al, 2008). Surveys have shown that moral opinions of the right anterior temporal cortex are located at the brain level involving the feelings of thankfulness (Zahn et al. 2008).
In the same study it was found that the neurochemical differences of the Central Nervous System are why some of us are naturally more thankful than others… People who express and feel gratitude in the right bottom gyr (Zahn et al, 2014), have a higher volume of grey matter.
Gratitude and Neurotransmitters
A recognition as a natural antidepressant, Emily Fletcher, the founder of Ziva, a well-known training site, mentioned in one of her papers… When practised daily, the effects of gratitude can be almost identical to medicines. This creates a sense of lasting happiness and satisfaction that lies at the level of the neurotransmitter.
Then, Our brain produces dopamine and serotonin, the two essential neurotransmitters that are responsible for our feelings, as we show appreciation and earn it and make you feel nice… They immediately improve our mood, making us glad from within.

A social aspect of gratitude argues that it is an emotion which has social influence. The perception we’ve done for other people and for us by others is connected with social psychologists (Emmons and McNamara 2006).

Consistent data have shown that neural activations in neocortical regions of the brain are what we call ’emotions’ or ‘feelings’ (Moll et al. 2005). A study of individuals looking for guidance in mental health found that those of the groups who in addition to their regular counselling sessions, wrote letters of gratitude felt better and recovered earlier…
The other group in the study, who were asked to write letters of gratitude, reported feelings of anxiety and depression instead of their negative experiences…
2. Thankfulness reduces pain
Then, study on the impact of gratitude on physical well-being conducted by Counting Blessings vs Burdens (2003) found that 16% of patients in the gratitude paper reported reducing the symptoms of pain and were more ready to work out and cooperate with the therapeutic process… A deeper exploration of the cause led to ratification filling us with more by regulating the dopamine level.
