A concept of logotherapy
Referred to as the Third Vienna School of Psychotherapy, Logotherapy was founded in the thirties as a reaction to Freud’s psychoanalysis and Alder’s emphasis on social power. As individuals, we always answer with conditioned and automatic responses to circumstances in the first two dimensions of functioning (physically and mentally). For example, negative self-talk, unreasonable behavior, outbursts, and negative emotions.

In the first two dimensions, animals often respond. It is the third feature of the role that distinguishes people from other animals. This is Logotherapy’s unique beauty.

Although humans will live, like animals existing in the first two dimensions, Logotherapy creates a closer bond with our spirit and the ability to discover what makes us fundamentally human.

Who was Frankl Victor?
The University of Vienna Medical School, Victor E. Frankl has become a neurology and psychology researcher.

The Austrian Psychiatrist and therapist was born on 26 March 1905, and is best-known as Man’s Pursuit of Sense and the Dad in Logotherapy for his psychiatric memoir. He has produced forty books translated into fifty languages which show that the transcends race, culture, religion, and continents of love, freedom, meaning, and responsibility.

His most well-known novel starts with a vivid background in the atrocious death camps of Auschwitz. During his three years in camps, he was more than a survival novel. The current concept of durability is embodied by Frankl.
